English recipe Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients:

·      100 g of butter
·      2 eggs
·      2,5 dl of powdered sugar
·      1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
·      3 tablespoons of cocoa

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C.

First melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove. Then let the butter cool.

 Whisk together the eggs and the sugar with an electric mixer.

Then you add the vanilla sugar and the cocoa and whisk with the electric mixer at the lowest rate.

At last you add the flour and the melted butter and whisk the batter.

Then cover the pan with butter and then pour the batter into the pan.

Let the cake be in the oven at least 20 minutes.

When the cake is done let it cool until it is time to eat it.


The different between my translated recipe and an English recipe:

·      Instead for using a pan they use a pie plate
·      The English recipe is a little bit more detailed than the recipe I wrote

·      The English recipe didn´t use the word “whisk” they used stir instead
